Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled before they are processed for dispatch.
- Once groceries are packed/shipped, cancellation is not possible.
2. Refunds
- If you cancel within the allowed time, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- If an item is unavailable or your order cannot be fulfilled, we will issue a full refund.
3. Returns
- Due to the nature of grocery products, we do not accept returns once delivered.
- However, if you receive damaged, expired, or wrong items, please contact us within 24 hours with details, and we will resolve the issue (replacement/refund as applicable).
