- Once your nutritionist finalizes your grocery list and diet plan, your order is confirmed.
- From that day, your order will be dispatched within 3–5 working days.
2. Delivery Timelines
- Standard delivery time: 3–5 working days from order confirmation.
- Delivery times may vary depending on your location, availability of items, or unforeseen logistics delays.
3. Shipping Charges
- Currently, we offer free standard delivery on all subscription and grocery plans.
- If any shipping fee applies in the future, it will be clearly mentioned before checkout.
4. Service Availability
- We currently deliver to selected pin codes. At checkout, you can check if delivery is available in your area.
- If your location is not serviceable, our support team will contact you with alternatives.
5. Order Tracking
- Once shipped, you will receive an update via email/SMS with delivery details.
